Healing begins when we learn to listen.
I am an herbalist, trauma-informed practitioner, and psychedelic facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with the wisdom carried within the body and the living intelligence of the plants.
For the past eight years, I have worked closely with clients to support healing, balance, and transformation through herbal medicine, deep listening, and holistic care. My work is rooted in the belief that the body is always communicating through sensation, rhythm, intuition, and symptom, and that healing begins when we learn to listen with presence and compassion.
I graduated from Bastyr University, where I deepened my training in herbal medicine and holistic health. I have also completed advanced training in psychedelic facilitation and trauma-informed care, allowing me to hold space for profound experiences with safety, reverence, and grounded support.
My practice weaves together traditional plant wisdom, nervous system awareness, ritual, and modern clinical understanding. I believe plants are more than substances. They are allies, teachers, and companions that invite us back into relationship with ourselves and the natural world.
In a culture that often teaches us to silence the body and push beyond our limits, my intention is to create a space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within you. Through intentional partnership with the plants, we work toward greater balance, vitality, embodiment, and connection.
